Issue: The Trezi Launcher performed a background auto-update then proceeded to download the Trezi software. During the download of the software the download stops or hangs.

Cause: The Trezi Launcher is built to stay up-to-date automatically to ensure that product software, updates, and fixes may be downloaded and available for the user to install/apply. The downloads are managed by the Trezi Launcher to ensure any Internet connection issues are silently handled. However, this is not always the case.

Solution: If the download stalls, using the Pause/Resume button will trigger the Trezi Launcher to stop and restart its Internet connection. Typically this will resolve the stalled download and it will continue. As well, the user may cancel the download until a more convenient time.

The Trezi software may still be used while the download is happening and should not be affected. Go to the Folder icon on the left of the Trezi Launcher to Create or Open and existing Work Space

At any point during your free trial, you will have the ability to subscribe to an annual or monthly subscription of Trezi. To subscribe, simply log into your account, select the subscription plan you want and follow the prompts to set up your billing information.

No. Each Trezi subscription is assigned to a single user. Therefore, if you have 5 members of your firm for whom you wish to use Trezi, then you will need to either purchase 5 subscriptions, or contact us at subscriptions@trezi.com for an Enterprise/Team plan

You may cancel your Single-User Product subscription at any point by signing in to your Trezi account on the Website, going to the My Subscriptions area and selecting Cancel.

We expect that users will typically require a couple of hours to get used to being in a VR environment and to become familiar with the Trezi menus and navigation. Users with prior VR experience should be up and running within an hour.

Native support for Revit is being developed and is in initial testing with its availability by August 2018.

Native support for FBX is currently available for other products like Rhino and Grasshopper.

For the best VR experience, we recommend a clear space of 8’ x 8’. Base stations need to have a clear line of sight to each other. Avoid any shiny surfaces in front of the base stations. Users risk bumping into any furniture in the space with the VR headset on. Other devices that use IR (e.g. remotes) may not work when the base stations are on.

SmartVizX is not able to procure the VR system for its customers.
